How much is a consultation?
The consultation fees vary depending on which practitioner you see and whether you are having any form of treatment. Please look at the web page for the specific practitioner that you want to see for his or her fee schedule or call our reception desk to inquire.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.*
*Please note that ,due to staff meetings , on wednesdays we open at 9am and on tuesdays we close at 7pm.
What times does each practitioner work?
Most of our practitioners have set times that he or she is in the clinic. These times can be found on the practitioners web pages.
Are we a private clinic?
Yes, we are a private clinic. All of our practitioners are fully registered with their governing bodies so private health insurance is valid.
Where are we?
We are located on the ground floor of Regal House on Queensway Road. This building is at the bottom of the American Steps from Line Wall Road.
Do we do travel vaccines?
Yes, we have an experienced travel Clinic nurse who can give advice and vaccinations appropriate to your destination, including yellow fever.
We provide a wide-ranging service offering advice to people who are travelling abroad. It pays to plan any trip to a foreign country carefully so that you are protected as completely as possible against the diseases that exist in other countries.
Do we offer home visits?
We prefer to see our patients in the surgery, however we are sometimes able to offer home visits. Please do not request a home visit unless you are really unable to attend the surgery; the doctor can see six patients in the surgery in the time taken to do a house-call.
